This color ID card is a two sided card with room
for a color photo and all personal statistics on the front side as well
as a digital signature.
Back side has the fire department
information and emergency contact information.
Shipping & Handling:
Orders will be shipped priority mail or UPS
with confirmation of delivery.
Tracking numbers are available.
Most orders under 20 cards will be $4.50
shipping.

After completion of design I will keep your file so
replacements, new member’s ID’s and annual renewals can be made in a
very short time.
Initial order will be completed within 15 days of
receipt of all the required information.

will be completed within 5 days of receipt of information.
